I have a confession... I haven't gone shopping in 6 months!
That's half a year of fashions I've neglected to add to my closet, and also a personal record. Before that I would do online F21 shopping sprees every couple months or so. I truly think participating in Friday's Fancies has somehow fulfilled my urge!
Butttt I think it's time to change that, since it's spring and I'm pretty obsessed with this week's theme: FLOWER POWER!
I love floral patterns... every time I incorporate them I instantly feel feminine and pretty. During my search for the perfect outfit I saw pretty tops, skirts, and those trendy floral pants (does anyone remember those being popular back in 2001?), but I was more inspired by these standout accessories in shades of violet:

Oh, and Happy Easter weekend to everyone who celebrates. Last year my Mom and I took my niece to see "Hop"... never again will I see an Easter themed movie... NEVER!
This year I'll be scarfing down Cadbury's while watching Titanic 3D with Joshy... Leo 12 years ago for me, Kate's boobies in 3D for him. Deal!
Hahaha! I just cracked up over your last paragraph. I can't believe it's already been 12 years since that movie came out!! PS: I'm sort of drooling over that umbrella...I love that there's black on top and lined with floral. Xo

Those sandals are so cute. I hardly shop for clothes but recently my mom told me my clothes make me look homeless so I guess its time to go shopping.
ReplyDeleteI love every single one of those pieces! Probably because they combine my love of the color purple and pretty florals... And, wow. Titanic came out 12 years ago?! Makes me feel super old. But, I wouldn't mind seeing a little Leo... :)

ReplyDeleteOh you so should! I haven't been clothes shopping in over a year and picked up two dresses and a nice top all for $30 on sale this morning! :D That should keep me going for at least another year I think. :P
ReplyDeleteHave fun watching Titanic 3D! I wanted to go see it with Ben but we decided to watch it on dvd (as we already own it) and we're going to watch American Pie Reunion tonight instead. :)

ReplyDeleteWow has it really been 12 years? That makes me feel old. Lol. I saw that movie 3 times the first time it was in the theaters! (granted it was in theaters almost a year, so that really isn't saying much). I'm definitely going to see it again this time. Love that movie!
